We do not have all our entire inventory on display but you can schedule an appointment to view our Tabletop items (Glasses, Plates, Flatware, Linens, etc). Large rental items may not be viewed in our studio as space does not permit (Tents, Throne Chairs, Backdrops, etc).
Yes! We have a select line of rental items that can be picked up. Not all items are available as some of our inventory is very delicate and heavy which requires special care.

We recommend placing your order as soon as possible. For small orders we may be able to accommodate a week in advance but items are subject to availability. For Peak season and holidays we recommend booking 1-3 Months in advance. (Spring, Graduations, Fall Wedding season, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.).

Yes, we require a non refundable deposit to secure your rentals for your date.
25% non refundable deposit for orders under $500.00
50% non refundable deposit for orders over $500.00
You can cancel your order up to 2 days before your delivery date to receive a full raincheck that you can use to reschedule your event at a later date or place an entirely new order. Your credit is linked to the email you place your order with.
Any orders canceled 1 day before or on your delivery day will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
All rentals are final once they have been delivered and no credit will apply if you no longer need the rentals.
Yes, changes are subject to approval and availability. Order chances can be done up to 14 days prior to your event date. Custom items, special ordered items, or 3rd party vendors can not be taken off an order once placed.
